Ingredienti per i macarons:
– 100 grammi farina 00
– 100 farina avena o riso o segale o integrale
– 1 tuorlo
– 1 omogeneizzato alla frutta o alla carne (a seconda del gusto scelto sarà possibile creare macarons di colori diversi)
Preparazione:
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola e mescolare fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Se l’impasto risultasse troppo morbido aggiungere un po’ di farina.
Avvolgere l’impasto nella pellicola e far riposare in frigo per 30 minuti.
Stendere l’impasto ad un altezza di 5 mm e creare i tondini.
Infornare a 180° (ventilato) per almeno 40 minuti.
I macarons vanno sfornati quando sono ben cotti perché i cagnolini li preferiscono ben secchi e croccanti.

Ingredients for the macarons:
– 100 gr. flour 00
– 100 gr. oatmeal or rice or rye or wholemeal
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 fruit or meat baby food (depending on the flavor you can create macarons in different colors)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.If the dough is too soft, add a little flour. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a height of 5 mm and create the rods. Bake at 180 degrees (fan) for at least 40 minutes. Check they are thoroughly cooked because the dogs prefer them if crispy.
